We CAN Leadership Institute is a faith based organisation founded and managed by committed Christians who want to make a positive impact in this generation for the glory of God and the expansion of the Kingdom of God.
Our mandate from God is taken from Matt 5:13-14 that we are the ‘salt of the earth’ and the ‘light of the World’; we depend on His word in Phil 4:13 that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us.
Being ‘Salt of the Earth’ for us means adding value into the live of others and ‘light of the World’ is leading and demonstrating godly character and good works that would influence people to Christ and thus glorify God.
We aim to show forth the Excellencies of him who has called us from the kingdom of darkness into the kingdom of light; through the quality of our work and the integrity of our character.
Vision Statement:
Our vision is to see a generation of God inspired leaders and leadership. We want to see a generation of God fearing leaders who rule with divine wisdom, knowledge and understanding.
Mission (purpose) Statement:
• Equipping, empowering and transforming the body of Christ to be and to live as the salt of the earth and the light of the world
• Developing Leaders and Organisations God’s way
• Ultimately expanding the Kingdom of God
1. Leadership Training: Developing and conduction principled based leadership skill training events in the community and in the Church to equip and empower the body of Christ and non believers with the relevant skill set to maximise their potential to be the salt of the earth and light of the world.
2. Leadership School: To develop leaders who would lead God’s way (lead with love, compassion, mercy, fairness and justice) and equip them with skills and knowledge to empower them to impact their generation positively.3. Business Centre: Providing business solutions founded on value based principles, enabled by divine wisdom, knowledge, understanding, practical training and experience.
