Leadership Nugget: How do you lead?

Dear Leader,
There are so many text books on leadership. They teach us about leadership styles, leadership types, approaches to leadership and many more till you get confused. I love simple things and simplicity. Life might be complicated at times but the solution most times is very simple. I will apply this to leadership as well.

There are only two type of leaders. The first type of leader lead God's Way and the second type lead the way of the world. There is no in between type of leader; one who lead a little bit God's Way and a little bit of the world. When you choose God's type and way of leadership, there is no compromise on God's standard for all leaders. This standard is based on love; for God and for people. This standard is about serving. This standard is about always doing what is right, just, fair and showing mercy. This standard is being an example by your words, conduct, attitude and your works.
The world's approach to leading is about 'my self ' and not 'to serve'. It is about 'my interest' and not 'our interest'. It is about money, power and influence not justice and fairness.
Leading God's Way require faith to see beyond the physical, courage to stand against the multitude when necessary, character to be the difference maker and the strength to stand by your conviction.
Leading God's Way will touch and transform lives because you will be enabled by the limitless power (wisdom, knowledge and understanding) of the Almighty God. Leading the way of the world is by your own limited ability; the impact is limited, it takes a lot of effort and your power is manipulated by man.
