The youths are our leaders of tomorrow. Our vision is to see our youths become a new generation of God fearing effective leaders in all spheres of life.
We CAN Leadership Institute (South Africa) through its sister organization in the United Kingdom; We CAN Foundation aim to facilitate the process of developing leadership qualities in our youth thus enabling a generation of great leaders. We do this by equipping (teaching, providing information & relevant resources), empowering (imparting knowledge, skills, advice) and enabling (mentoring, coaching & other support) youths in the church and our communities.
We believe that youths need guidance, support, advice and mentoring to become men and women who inspire, motivates and add value to their world. We want to impact the lives of youths by positively influencing their vision, focus and direction.
We want to see youths that;
• have a vision for their lives,
• understand their gifts and talents,
• chose career path that is congruent with their gifts & talents,
• become passionate about serving people and their community,
• develop a servant leadership mindset,
• become all that God has purposed for their lives.
Approach
Our approach is to organize participatory and practical youth leadership and life-skills programme through relevant skills development workshops, discussion forums, outings that seek to address issues vital to this generation at the same time raising awareness of and instilling servant leadership skills. We also encourage mentorship programme to support the youths in their leadership journey.
Training Facilitators
All events would be led by Adeola Akintoye with support from exemplary role models who are passionate about God and are successful in their chosen careers. Our facilitators with be chosen from different fields depending on the topic. They are partners who have voluntarily chosen to donate their time and resources in imparting knowledge & skills and impacting the lives of Youths.
The biography of facilitators will be made available before scheduled programmes. We would also work with relevant accredited and registered organisations to provide relevant training.
Accreditation
In partnership with Pamela Steele Associates (a short course provider), our leadership training will be covered by the accredited of British Accreditation Council for Independent Further and Higher Education as a Short Course Provider. This would enable youth participants to include acquired skills in their CVs for job opportunities.

Life skills: Career Planning, Financial Literacy, Investments and Wealth Creation, Entrepreneurship
